Every decision you make right now is shaping what your child's childhood looks like.

Not just the big ones. The pickup schedule. The holiday rotation. Who takes them to soccer on Saturdays. These decisions become the architecture of your child's daily life. This workbook was built to help you make them well.

What it is

Your Co-Parenting Plan Blueprint is a step-by-step workbook for parents who want to keep their children at the center of every decision — whether you're negotiating a formal co-parenting plan, working through a specific disagreement, or simply trying to get clearer on what you want and how to say it.

It works for parents who are divorcing. For parents who never married. For parents who are still together but struggling to get on the same page. You don't have to be heading into mediation to use it. You don't have to be in crisis.

What it helps you do

The workbook is designed to be used on your own — and it works that way. But you don't have to do it alone. If you're already working with a therapist or coach, they can be a wonderful partner for working through it together.

Research shows people are significantly more likely to complete a physical workbook than a digital one — and completion matters. A fillable PDF companion is also available on request once you have your copy.

Who made it — and why

I'm Laura Lorber, a family mediator, parenting coordinator, and certified co-parenting specialist. I also hold a fellowship in infant-toddler care and child development — which means when I talk about what children need, I'm drawing on developmental science, not just legal framework.

I built this workbook because the most important preparation most parents skip isn't legal — it's personal. It is the tool I wish every family had before they ever needed me.
